WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE

To schedule Classes, please refer to your weekly email. If you do not receive our email and you are a student, please call us at 703-437-5111 to be added to the list. 

Please note Individual specific links will generate automatically and email when you sign-up. We will not be sending out generic links for any classes as a security measure. You can add your schedule class to your calendar and link will be saved in your calendar for easy access.

Also, please remember to warm up before class.

ZOOM GUIDELINES

DO NOT SHARE ZOOM LINKS - Zoom links are for students and immediate family members only. Please do not share links and passwords with others. 

BE ON TIME - classes will be locked down within the first 5-10 mins for security

DO NOT LEAVE CLASS - ask permission before leaving the screen.

UPDATE YOUR NAME to the students FULL NAME - You will not be admitted unless you follow this guideline. This is key for us to verify your identity

SHARE YOUR VIDEO - Further identifier & If you do not plan to share your video you can follow in YOUTUBE at any time for the same experience. Masters can only make comments and give feedback to those on video. Also check to make sure your video is on you. Videos of ceilings will be removed.
